Supervised and led the organization’s staff in problem-solving and decision making, based on information which we collected as part of field research, so as to identify, plan, organize, carry-out and report on targeted programming aimed enhancing legal awareness and effectiveness. Drafted grant proposals for submission to the United States Embassy, the British High Commission, the United Nations and other non-governmental organizations.
